The Ramair PRK-108 is a performance induction kit designed specifically for the Mazda MX5 NC (Gen.3) with either the 1.8i or 2.0i petrol engine. It replaces the standard factory airbox with a freer-flowing setup, allowing the engine to breathe more easily – which can improve throttle response and give a more engaging induction sound when you press the accelerator.

The standard airbox fitted to most production cars is designed with cost and noise regulations in mind, not outright performance. Swapping it for a more open, higher-flowing system like this one removes some of that restriction.
