This is a complete induction kit from Ramair, designed specifically for the Audi TTS (8J) with engine codes CDLA, CDMA, and CDLB. It replaces the standard, restrictive airbox with a high-flow cone filter and laser-cut heat shield, giving the engine a better supply of cooler, denser air – something that can translate into improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and a more satisfying intake sound.

Everything needed for a straightforward installation is included in the kit. No cutting or permanent modification to the car is required.

What’s Included

• Ramair Cone Air Filter – A moulded polymer neck cone filter using dual-layer, fully reticulated foam (open-cell foam that allows airflow while filtering particles) supported by an internal stainless steel cage. It is MAF-safe, meaning it works correctly with the car’s mass airflow sensor – an important detail when fitting any aftermarket filter to a modern engine.
• Laser-Cut Heat Shield – Precision folded and finished in satin black powder coat, this shield bolts directly to the standard OEM airbox mounting points with no modification needed. It creates a barrier between the filter and the heat generated by the engine, helping to keep intake air temperatures down and reducing heat soak.
• Full Fitting Kit – All nuts, bolts, hose clamps, rubber fittings, vacuum hose, and high-quality silicone hose are included, along with fitting instructions.
