Unlock cooler, cleaner airflow for your Focus with the 09 Design HVF carbon fibre induction kit. The high volume flow housing and open-cone layout reduce restriction and help your engine breathe better for sharper throttle response, a stronger mid-range and a purposeful intake sound.
The 73.5mm bore carbon fibre airbox acts as a thermal barrier, shielding the filter from engine bay heat. It feeds evenly from the dual-entry performance filter and the factory front air feed to keep intake air as cool as possible. A lower air-feed hose draws extra cold air from a low-pressure area behind the bumper for consistent flow on the move.

Construction
Matte-finish carbon fibre housing with enlarged 73.5mm bore, open-cone dual-entry performance filter, heat shield with lower cold-air feed hose, and fittings to integrate with the factory front feed.
Why it matters
Cooler, denser air improves combustion efficiency. Lower intake restriction helps the turbo work more easily, aiding response and allowing tuned cars to hold target boost more consistently.
Note: carbon fibre is hand laid, so minor variations in weave or finish are normal.
